If you’ve spent any time on beauty TikTok or Instagram, you’ve definitely seen the NARS Light Reflecting Foundation everywhere. It’s one of those products people can’t stop raving about, and I wanted to see if it actually lives up to the hype. In this review, I’m breaking down the coverage, the finish, and how it really wears throughout the day so you know whether it’s worth adding to your makeup bag.
How It Wears:
This NARS foundation wears beautifully, it has a really nice natural finish and has medium but buildable coverage. I like applying it with a beauty blender because it looks super smooth on my skin when I use it. It’s long-lasting and is formulated with skincare ingredients that help even out the skin tone and minimize the negative effects of blue light and environmental stressors. It’s hydrating without being too luminous or dewy; if you prefer that kind of finish, I’d recommend their Sheer Glow Foundation instead.
Who Would Like This Product?
I think all skin types will like this foundation. If you have oily skin, you can extend the staying power with a primer, powder, and setting spray.
Is It Worth The Money?
I definitely think it’s worth the money. I know $73 is a lot of money, but NARS truly has some of the best complexion products out there. You’ll always like the way your skin looks when wearing this foundation.
